Q How do I enter scorecards on your system?
Q The club/course for the scorecard that I want to enter is not on your system, what do I do?
Q I've found the golf club that I want but there are no scorecards available, how do I enter one?

Entering Scorecards

Q How do I enter scorecards on your system?
A Under the 'Handicap Management' menu bar (when logged on) you will find the 'Enter New Round' option, select this then search for the club/course for the card that you have. Entering part of the name in Search Option 2. is typically the quickest and most accurate way of finding your club. Once you have located the club find the course/tee colour that you wish to use. You may want to verify that the card on the system contains the correct details before entering your round by clicking on the relevant 'View' link. In some cases there may be duplicate tees, please ensure that you use the correct one. If you do find duplicates or errors on cards then please let us know by emailing clubchanges@elitegolfsolutions.co.uk. We typically aim to rectify reported errors within 2 hours.
  
Q The club/course for the scorecard that I want to enter is not on your system, what do I do?
A

Before adding a new club please use our club/course search facility to ensure that it does not already exist; to do this click on the 'Club/Course Search' menu bar (once logged on) and enter part of the name in search option 2. (A name containing) to see it if exists. Entering only part of the name will increase your chances of finding it for example to find Wentworth just enter 'Went' then a list will be presented to you. If you find the club that you're looking for but there are errors then please report them to clubchanges@elitegolfsolutions.co.uk, do not enter new club details. If the club does not exist then you can enter its details by clicking here add a new club.
  

Q I've found the golf club that I want but there are no scorecards available, how do I enter one?
A

You can enter a new scorecard by selecting the golf club in question then clicking on the 'Add course/card' link in the 'Courses/Cards' section. You will then be invited to enter a scorecard for the tee colour that you used. Select the Tee Colour, Course Type, and the SSS value, please note that this NOT the Par. Once done you can enter the Par for each hole, its yardage and Stroke Index (SI). If the golf club has more than one course then please ensure that you append the course name in the 'Name of Course' box i.e. for the West Course at Wentworth you'd enter 'Wentworth Golf Club - West Course', by doing this identifying courses will be much easier.

If you would like us to enter new scorecards for you then please request this by emailing clubchanges@elitegolfsolutions.co.uk and provide the course name and tee colour.
  

Q I have found the golf club that I want and although it has course scorecards entered they are not for the course that I played, how do I enter a new course?
A To enter a new course against a golf club simply click on the link 'Add course/card' then enter the relevant details as per previous question ensuring that you appended the course name to the golf club in the 'Name of Course' box.
  
Q I would like to enter a golf club/course but the country option is not available, what do I do?
A

If the country option is not available then it means that we have not checked/approved scorecards from that country yet. If you'd like it added you could send an email to us requesting this and, if possible, fax/email a copy of the scorecard.
