| If you require your handicap certificate urgently we can offer you our priority service and have it delivered to you the following day using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day guaranteed service; you can opt to have it delivered by 9am or 1pm next day. Delivery by 9am next day costs £9.95 and delivery by 1pm costs £5.95. With either service you may also request that we send you a copy of your golf handicap certificate along with a letter of confirmation. This can be sent by fax or by email and will be sent by 4pm on the same day that your order is placed. As proof of posting a Royal Mail Reference number will be issued so that you can track your order online via Royal Mail's website.
The option to use this service will be offered when subscribe or, if you have already subscribed, the option is also available when your click on the Request Handicap option under the 'Handicap Management' menu bar, visible only when logged on.

Conditions of this service are:
- Membership is paid up, either online or payment taken by telephone.
- Scorecards are dated and signed and must be sent by fax or email so that they are received by 1pm at the latest.
- The applicant must call our office to confirm receipt of your scorecards, once sent.
- Scorecards must be legible and correct - delays in processing due to lack of clarity or errors will be at the responsibility of the applicant.
- A phone number where the applicant can be reached urgently (in case of problems) must be supplied.
- An address must be supplied where the handicap card can be received and signed for.
If the processing of an application is delayed because any of the above conditions have not been met then a refund will not be provided.
