If required, events can be set up in advance so that members can view events and, if they wish to, add their name to the event. A description of event can be added with any relevant details such as Tee times, green fees, etc. Once the event has been played the Secretary, or Delegate, can enter the completed scorecards which will generate a Match Report, enabling golf handicaps to adjusted based on the results, if required.

This screenshot is taken from an existing golf society and displays a list of all events that have been entered. All society members that register to the site have access to view these events, but only the Secretary or nominated Delegates can enter/edit information. Each of the Match Reports can be viewed directly by clicking on the relevant link. See the example in the next screenshot.
