Subscription Fees
The annual society registration fee is only £24.95, regardless of how many members you subscribe. Upgrade to Full Individual Membership is £14.96 per member. This entitles them to receive a handicap certificate and maintain a personal handicap as well as enter stats data on our stats package.
How to Subscribe your Society
To subscribe your society society you need to register yourself first then, once done, click on Societies on the top menu bar, and you'll then see the 'Subscribe Society' link on the left-hand menu.

- Full Membership upgrades are discounted at 25% compared to an individual joining.
- You can set up events in advance so that society members can view these and any other relevant info.
- After each event you can enter your results to create a Match Report, these can be viewed by members
- Handicap adjustments can be performed after each event, the choice is yours.
- Handicap adjustments are made - in the same was as is done with golf club competitions – by calculating the course Competition Standards Scratch (CSS) for the conditions on the given day based on the results of all returned cards. The CSS then overrides the courses Standard Scratch Score (SSS)
- Only the Secretary and assigned delegates can enter, edit and update events/cards, though all members can view entered events etc.
- Members who upgrade to Full Individual Membership can use cards from Personal rounds to adjust their society handicap, thereby giving a truer reflection of their playing ability.
- New members can be added as they join the society.
- Setting up a society can be done online or by completing the Society Application Form.
