| I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM ELITE.THIS INCLUDES GOOD COMMUNICATIONS AND QUICK AND ACCURATE RESPONSIVE TO PROBLEMS.RECEIVING MY HANDICAP CARD WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS.EASY TO USE WEB SITE AND I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO HAVE A FREE BASIC MEMBERSHIP WITH THE OPPERTUNITY TO UPGRADE TO A MORE INDEPTH MEMBERSHIP AND HAVE SOME FORM OF VIRTUAL LEADERBOARD.GOOD LUCK FOR THE FUTURE YEARS. |

Great service and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Handicaps are always processed instantly and a card sent if requested within a few days. I have always found the staff polite and helpful whenever I have needed to call and overall the site is extremely easy to use. I would have no hesitation in recommending the site to others and have done so on many occasions already.

| The handicap card is very useful and makes a big difference but the card it self could do with being redesigned,the colors and style tend to obscure the info and not show the card off at its best, also the card as a bag tag might be a nice idea,as an optional extra |

| I phoned on the thursday, paid and ordered H/cap it arrived Friday morning allowing me a place in the comp sunday. Honest and helpful always reply to emails and I have not been to a club that dont accept the card. Fantastic all round. |
